Holly Dunn is the founder of DunnRidge Capital, a private investment firm focused on acquiring and operating small businesses for the long term.
Holly began her career in engineering before moving into energy trading and commercial leadership roles across U.S. and Canadian crude markets. Throughout her career, she has led initiatives involving portfolio optimization, infrastructure strategy, and market access—often in environments requiring decision-making under uncertainty, operational discipline, and commercial execution.
She holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and recently completed her MBA at Rice University, where she developed a strong interest in entrepreneurship through acquisition and owner-operator business models.
Originally from Newfoundland, Canada and now based in Houston, Holly is seeking to acquire and grow a business with a long-term ownership mindset and a practical, hands-on approach.
